West Central Center for the Deaf (WCCD)
provides behavioral and emotional health
care services to children, adolescents and
adults who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing or
in a relationship with someone who is Deaf
or Hard of Hearing. Our geographical scope
covers 23 counties in
the western region of Pennsylvania.
WCCD Provides: Information and referral
regarding Deafness and Deaf Services, Compliance and Consultation
on Deaf and Hard of Hearing Laws and Regulations.

and adolescents, and outpatient services to individuals
of all ages in Mercer County.
